Substance Abuse; Info for School Counselors - Review
By H. Wilson
This book clearly explains the relationship an addict has with their drug of choice, so that someone who may never have used/abused can understand the seemingly irrational behavior of the addict. But, the author does not stop there. Harrison goes on to explain various reasons why the addict's family may knowingly or unknowingly support the addict's habit, thus keeping the addict from recovery.

Substance Abuse Review
By bkw411
Very informative; I find the information in this book extremely useful for the field.A great tool for a beginning substance abuse counselor; the writing is plain and straight forward. Not too academic like many in this area of expertise.

The book that I received arrived much quicker that what I expected. The shipper did a fantastic job!! It was in wonderful shape. Thank you so much!!
The information presented in the book was good. I thought the book would have contained a great deal of jargon, but I was glad to see that it did not. Great book for social workers!
